Bret is the President of Equity Management Group, Inc. and manages its general business activities and new business development.  Bret has spent over 25 years working with Equity’s team of leasing agents, property managers, legal and accounting advisors to manage his family’s real estate assets.

 

Bret specializes in managing undervalued properties and enhancing their value with tenant and property upgrades.  He has acquired and managed community shopping centers, office buildings and warehouse assets, while developing relationships with investors, brokers, and lenders.  

 

Bret graduated from Tulane University with a Bachelor of Business Management degree and New York University with a Master of Real Estate degree.  He is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Kentucky and an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

 

Bret serves on the Advisory Board of Directors of Truist Bank, the Foundation Board of Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center, and the Board of Trustees of the Jewish Federation of Cincinnati and the Jewish Foundation of Cincinnati.
