Megan Bayer is Legal Counsel for Equity Management Group, Inc., where she oversees in-house legal matters relating to leasing, property management operations, acquisitions and dispositions. 

 

Megan joined Equity Management Group, Inc. in 2011, upon receiving her JD from the University of Kentucky College of Law. Megan received her BA in Journalism, summa cum laude, from the Western Kentucky University School of Journalism and Broadcasting, where she was elected Phi Beta Kappa. 

 

Outside of Equity Management Group, Inc., Megan is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
