Lea Dotson is native of Nicholasville, KY.  In 2018, she obtained a B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Midway University.  

 

Lea is serving as Staff Accountant and Utilities Coordinator at Equity Management Group.  She brings 23 years of experience in commercial real estate and accounting.  In the dual role of Staff Accountant and Utilities Coordinator, she acts as the AP Manager for all properties and Property Accountant for several properties.  

 

Lea is married to her husband, Bo, and has two children, Kyle and Kacie.  Kacie plays volleyball for her high school, and Lea is actively involved in leadership of the volleyball boosters.   Also, she has a thriving craft business where she enjoys making and selling wood items with her 3-D laser cutter.
