Jason works with the day-to-day management of Equity’s 2M sf of retail, office and industrial property.  Along with property management, he is actively involved in leasing.  Jason brings 15 years of commercial real estate and construction knowledge, having managed and leased a regional portfolio of 5M sf in 12 states prior to joining Equity.

 

Jason has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado and attended graduate school at the University of Kentucky.  He is a licensed real estate broker in Kentucky and an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

When not working, Jason enjoys supporting UK Athletics, coaching soccer and spending time with his wife Stephanie and four amazing children: Ava, Luke and twins Jack and Elouise.
