Jason manages Equity’s asset management, leasing, development and brokerage activities. He is responsible for over 2M sf of retail, office and industrial property. He actively brokers the majority of Equity’s acquisitions and dispositions as well as leasing transactions. He has completed various ground up development projects from conception, design to place in service operation. He also does select third party representation for partner clients. With over 15 years of experience and nearing a billion dollars in transaction volume in his career, Jason has a proven knowledge of the economic drivers that create and maintain value in commercial real estate. Prior to joining Equity, he spent four years in public and governmental accounting with a local CPA firm. 

 

Jason graduated from Transylvania University with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Morehead State University with a master’s degree in Public Administration. He is a licensed real estate agent in Kentucky and an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and candidate to receive a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.

 

Jason currently serves as the Past President of the Board of Directors for The Hearing and Speech Center of Kentucky. When not working, he enjoys playing golf, hunting, and spending time with his wife Rebecca and their three wonderful daughters; Rosie, Ellie & Millie.
